3. Constitution of the new TSWTC board. Monika Fagerholm was elected president, Jacek Moskwa was elected vice president, Janina Orlov was elected treasurer.
Was unanimously decided to ask Dalia Staponkute to be secretary.
The substitutes already decided upon by the GA:  Hannu Niklander for Monika Fagerholm, Barbara Grzegorzewska for Jacek Moskwa, Liutauzaras Degesys for Dalia Staponkute, Zaza Gachelechiladze for Manana Dumbadze and Klaus-Jürgen Liedtke for Imre Török. The Swedish substitute still open.

4. The Kasdaglis Prize. Goal: the first Kasdaglis award to a young Rhodian writer will be given out next year in May.
Project to be given in the hands of the newly elected Honorary President Peter Curman. We – the TSWTC board - will of course provide all the help we can.

5. Suggestions for TSWTC contribution for the Rhodes Word Festival in September.
Proposition letter will be sent to Rhodes a s a p (Monika Fagerholm does).
 Suggestions:
- a program with contributions of prose and poetry by writers from member organizations published in Helios (Dalia Staponkute to make a list?). This program could be done as a reading by one or two actors.
-  invite Samos People (the Swedish literary house)
-  TSWTC would make a Facebook page for the festival – in different languages.
- Performance of Swedish Play White Lady translated into Greek (Klaus-Jürgen Liedtke)
-  sponsor one Turkish Writer to attend and perform at the festival.
-  possibility for other financial contribution (mainly travel tickets)

6. The Centre.
Propose to the center: to give priority to writers and translators coming from member countries when choosing residents.
The possibility for a reduced fee (5 euro instead of 7 euros) for TSWTC writers&translators, 10 euros for non-members.
The procedure: applicants should get an answer within a reasonable time (e.g. a month)
The member organizations could be of help with recommendations in the application procedure.
Inform about the possibility to give out grants to writers&translators coming who cannot afford to pay the fee:  the centre could apply for money from the EU Mobility Fund (as at the Visby Centre).

The need for better communication with the centre!
(e.g. Manana Dumbadzes visa in spring: very difficult to get an answer at all)
    Letters should be answered!

Practical things: the need for a guest computer, unclean toilets in rooms, breakfast things etc.

Decision: Monika writes a letter to the center.

7. Was decided to ask Dalia Staponkute if she is willing to continue her work as a member of the editorial board of Helios.

8. The committee will meet once a year in connection with the GA in Rhodes in May.
If the committee needs to meet up as a board at other times, we can somewhere else (our organizations might be able to host us, the Visby centre exists etc.)
Otherwise the overall aim is to work happily and in positive spirit via emails.

9. The meeting closed at 19.10.
